Help After Hours

We know that sometimes you need assistance outside of regular business hours. For your convenience, there is after-hours support to provide help when you need it most.

Pharmacy Benefits: RxBenefits is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm at 1-800-334-8134. After hours, you will have the option to leave a voicemail or be transferred to the pharmacy benefit manager, Express Scripts. Express Scripts can then help to resolve your issue. You can also contact RxBenefits via email at [email protected] for less urgent inquiries.

Medical Mutual of Ohio (MMO): Members can call the 24/7 NurseLine to verify coverage using the number on the back of the ID card: 1-888-912-0636.
